    A few states require an LLC to become an independent contractor (An LLC or Limited Liability Company, is a type of legal business structure that creates an entity separate from the individual business owner) . If required by the state you would be providing driver services for, then SDS will explain the LLC process if needed. Are you currently incorporated or an LLC or willing to obtain one if needed?*

    Do you have or are willing to obtain vehicle bodily injury insurance with $100/300k minimum requirement?*
